NYSC: 3 Fed Poly Offa graduates die in auto crash

THREE members who are due for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) believed to be from the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, were killed in a road accident on Kano Road on Thursday evening.
The institution's Public Relations Officer, Mr. Yinka Iroye, said the young graduates were heading to Katsina State for their NYSC program when the 18-seat bus carrying them was involved in the accident.
Iroye, who could not confirm the identity of the victims at Saturday's Tribune on Friday afternoon, said two of the deaths were from Iwo, Osun State.
It will be remembered that two graduates of the Kwara State Polytechnic as a result of their NYSC program were killed in a road accident in Niger State a few weeks ago.
The accident is said to have received about 16 lives, including graduates.
"The federal polytechnic management, Offa management has organized bodies for the burial of corpses. One of our personnel has been sent to deal with the parents," he said.
The students involved are two males and females from Osun State.
School officials said they are looking forward to other updates.
